Calling out for her parents to help, she was not able to help at all, to her horror. She was eating food when she realizes Sheldon is choking on some food. There they greet their mother who hugs them. When She heard that their dad is at the hospital, she goes with Sheldo and Georgie to Medford Community Hospital, where they meet with Meemaw and wait in the waiting room. ( Rockets, Communist, and the Dewey Decimal System) She later eats dinner with Tam at the Table. That night, she gives Sheldon a list of people who wants friends. Missy is working at the kitchen table, and Georgie comes home, and she comments that Sheldon has no friends.
The next day at the kitchen table, she tells Georgie that Sheldon could be in a special class and people will make fun of him. At night, she blames Sheldon for causing the parents to argue again he rebuffes that argument saying it is about money. She talks to Sheldon at service, prompting a woman to tell them to stay quiet. Missy volunteers to go to chuch with Sheldon and Mary.
